Shoreline Families

One Book, One Community

Free event for all ages to discuss how we care for our communities, plus art for kids, food, and music at Shoreline City Hall

What if everyone in the community read the same book? Join us for a reading and discussion of the book "Pass it On!" by the author, Dr. Gloria Burgess.

During this FREE special event, we will have the opportunity to discuss how we care for our communities including generosity, kindness and sacrifice as a way of building the Beloved Community.

The afternoon will also feature an art project for kids, food, music and community resources. All ages are welcome and encouraged.

Copies of "Pass it On!" will be available at the event and are being offered at Third Place Books for 20% off in May. You don't need to have read the book to attend.
