Yoga for Elementary School Ages
Children ages 5-10 can attend a simple and fun class to develop strong minds and bodies at the Kenmore Library
Presented by Zen Kids Yoga.
Ages 5 to 10 with adult.
Introduce your child to yoga in a simple and fun class that uses themes, yoga poses and games to develop strong minds and bodies. Themes such as self-awareness, gratitude, respect and seasonal topics are introduced through movement and literature. These classes help kids build self-esteem, refine cooperation and listening skills, and teach self-calming and relaxation techniques.
Limited registration begins May 6 online or call 425.486.8747.
Please register children only. Accompanying adults do not need to register.
